Tip #1. Drink at a minimum 8 glasses of quality water everyday. Have 2 cups upon wakening, 2 cups before you go to sleep. Sip water throughout the day. Water flushes out the waste products, it is needed for good kidney and liver function and it keeps the body hydrated.
